This is just a rant post but am I the only one that's incredibly disappointed with armors of stalker 2?
I feel like a lot of the card and unique silhouettes were lost.
Mainly heavy armors and exos lost all intimidation.
I know it's Realism over Stylization but still sucks IMO

But, somehow these blue dots look nipples...like the Batman suit in the film "Batman & Robin" lol.
IMO, in case of the design for Kamen rider W and Ultraman, those details could not be so cool.
Then, I omitted them.
The most distinctive part of this style IMO is to let the underpainting show thru! I used pink this time but I also experiment with bright yellows, blues, purples, greens, etc.
I also colour it in with a big grainy brush that’s not at full opacity.
@roxochixo What I'm saying is you can change the shape of the eyes and still make him look like what you're going for

also includes utilizing space properly
compare these 2 drawings
they have similar technical skill and drawing quality
but the homare is a better overall result imo
because it uses the space better

As for characters the Main Character is easily the most interesting,the rest of the cast felt...pointless (tied to my reason above) as they don't provide anything to the story imo and were just there for the ride lol (3/?)
