With a hurty right arm and as I’m getting older I'm accepting that there's a certain amount of wear and tear that comes with 40 years. As they say “healthy body = healthy mind” so more and more now I’m looking into looking after myself and to keep those joints well oiled! ✌️♥️

I have no idea what to call my headaches. They are a function of my MAGIC syndrome. "Magic" headaches aren't as fun as they sound. They're migraine-like, manifesting in various fixed joints in my skull. This one's behind/around my left eye. My eyeball is involved too.
