There’s nothing mundane about Malroth :3 but headcanons I got for my Malroth is he can write well but only uses three fingers (muscle memory), really digs into that paper too & likes to stand on very high places like a cat! (also muscle memory bc he’s used to high views lol) https://t.co/BbnOoRpe98
So I pulled out my old DQB2 arts for Vi’s sticker giveaway and I’m kinda surprised by how well it held up… this is probably the best most faithful rendition of Kreati and Malroth I’ll ever draw in my entire life LOL

HAPPY BIRTHDAY @laserlime !!!🥳🥳🥳
Malroth baked you a cake! (He tried his best) 🎂
Decorations courtesy of the Master of Destruction himself too, he insisted.🎉🎈
Hellacute Malroth. Two cute boys. The liquid metal slimes are known to be a rare find so I wanted to portray that by hiding it under a Metal king slime crown. #Malroth #Slime #DragonQuest #DragonQuestBuilders2
Not only that, but Malroth’s Japanese name Shido (シドー) is almost similar to that of Shiva’s name.
With those similarities aside, there are times to where Malroth’s usually blue scales are green in certain games. There’s no explanation on why the color change as of yet. (2/2)
Malroth/Shido seems to be inspired by Hinduism’s principal deity named Shiva, who is also known as “The Destroyer” within the Trimūrti. Shiva is described to have four arms and blue skin, similar to Malroth with the difference being that his skin is actually scales. (1/?)
