Day 4: Cremini! I put these in everything. Can be dressed up, down or mingled in with nearly any dish. I love the pattern they have when you cut them in half so I made sure to detail her bodice with it.

Day 3: (Wild) Enoki. My personal favorite mushroom for shabu shabu and hot pots. I learned a lot about them while doing this, like that they only schange color when exposed to light, so all white enoki are cultivated for consumption. This girl's wild.
