Today's warm-up, a quick doodle of a Utahraptor getting sprayed by a striped skunk, since dromaeosaurs have good senses of smell and vision. A spray from a skunk would be ghastly if hit the nostrils and eyes.

Yep, ever since Donkey Kong Country he's had flat nostrils on his face. But starting with Mario Party 10, he was given a new, protruding nose right below his eyes.

He's been depicted with a nose like that in 2D art since the early 2000s, but he didn't have it in 3D till 2015
