The unmade film project for Popolocrois Monogatari was originally started in 1989 by Yohsuke Tamori and Atsuko Fukushima as main character designer, at first Koji Morimoto planned to be the director but sadly the project was never made it to production (https://t.co/2Nz7VQvlmb).

I'd recommend Return to Popolocrois on 3DS, this game is crossover with Story of Seasons and Popolocrois just like doraemon SoS, its heartwarming game with turn-based rpg mechanics to be brought from previous popolocrois game and had a farming simulation.👍
