this was named "shibirefugu", and despite the bolt on its head was still water/poison type

I like Hisuian Qwilfish and Overqwil but I wish they were a little more than a palette swap and bigger body parts, so I came up with this Steel/Poison type form (it even still works as a type counterpart for H-Sneasel!) and a new evo (Navaqwil?) based on sea mines and submarines

Here's one of my personal favorites. When the early leaks of this game were going around and there were murmurs of a Qwilfish evolution I was really excited to see if that was true. Turns out it was! Overqwil is one of my favorite Pokemon of all time now fur sure
