6. KLONOA Phantasy Reverie Series
Cheating a bit again as I tried the original on PS1 (and one GBA iteration)~ My partner just really wants me to try the remakes.
I played on Switch and it's as pleasant as ever. Now comes with an easy mode, co-op, and optional retro filters too!
Finally finished the Dead Space Remake, that was probably one of the most faithful and best remakes I’ve played in a while and due to the things that it changes for the better from the original I think it might be my preferred way to play the game 9/10!

I believe @SquareEnix owns Taito. And since they want to know what games we want HD-2D remakes of let me propose this. Lufia 2, IMHO, is the most vastly underrated JRPG of all time.
+and i don’t rly care that the animation is a bit dated. maybe that’s just the nostalgia but it’s undeniably visually stunning REGARDLESS. anyways tl;dr i’m tired of nostalgia-bait remakes that imply the original animated feature isn’t good enough to stand on its own.

Today is the 4th anniversary of Resident Evil 2!
Capcom's first attempt at remaking the series in this style, it's regarded by most people as one of the best remakes in gaming.
What did you like about it the most? Do you think this was a faithful remake?
