Been getting lots of amazing feedback on my animation, and also lots of questions about how I created it. I used a process called ‘rotoscoping’, where I drew every frame individually - about 30 illustrations in total to make a 2 second animation which I then looped 👍✍️😎☘️

Happy Mother’s Day. The allegory of motherhood commitment was executed well. Sometimes it got really funny, you don’t feel too hard for the characters so it’s casual viewing. The rotoscoping was greatly employed. Works best if you are a mom yourself

Since the by is nearly complete I might as well show off this, it’s my FC Dash the Turtle for the credits scene of the collab, I used rotoscoping techniques to pull this off and took about 2 weeks to complete! Enjoy! ^_^

Trying a new brush and the 3D model tool in Clip Studio, I feel like using the 3D tool is cheating but Ive seen my professor talk about people using rotoscoping and 3D models for fluid animation. Probably use the model tool for pose references in the future.
