The most bro guy you will probably meet, Izumi can spin any of his limbs and even apply it to something.
He's a very good rushdown guy, with dodging skills beyond the normal level.
He's very good at Basketball too.

Maybe my favorite kit of any fighting game character. Armored rushdown, almost an all rounder, but replace fireballs with command grabs. His 1 button command grab that is easy to oki time, one of the best things out there. Love you big guy
