Tried experimenting with Fire Alpaca, and was able to create this. The background turned out better than expected, and the water was a complete accident.

I do plan on making a more accurate Raiden look, with a more feminine body.

Her name in my version is Solaris Acanthus, but ‘Sally Acorn’ keeps her safe as part of the Revolution where being a princess paints too big of a target on her back.
