@Splatoon_ocs Lumi here never really knew her parents and was by herself a majority of her life. That is until she started filling the gap with her family of salmonid and a salmonling shes illegally housing in her apartment (with the recently addition of a sanitized octoling lol)
salmonling oc concept(s)? I was just thinking about that guy from c-side
I was never a big fan of salmonlings before, im one to prefer canon
but since they are canon now it seems thought it might be fun to design one? nothing here is final, I want them to be more unique
@squidkidtsu Here’s some more ocs:
Donny(Jellyling)
Velos(Salmonling)
Calem(Octoling)
Sorry it wouldnt let me select multiple the first time 😅
thinking about how the twins can have fish tails like the little salmonling kraken creachers they are i love them so much
Options traits
Salmonlings can sometimes have little lip fangs(?)
Salmonlongs can sometimes have fins that grow from their arms
Must have traits
Similar to octolings, Salmonlings have pointed claw like fingers. They have a gradient that’s always the darker gray
Salmonlings always have gills that are either the primary or secondary hair colors
Tails
Salmonling tails can larger (as seen in the pictures) or thin and more flexible (need to draw this).
The tails usually use the primary hair color as the base then use the secondary at the tips. The tail itself is always grey with a lighter secondary on the bottom (1/2)
Markings
Markings vary from Salmonling to Salmonling. They can have freckles, stripes, and spots! Feel free to experiment! Not all salmonlings may not have markings though
Marklings are usually the secondary color but there are instances where it’s a primary color
I finally drew the bbby!!!! And I wanted to draw him for so long- but I get to draw him!~ He is Soru but his full name is Soruka and he is the son of Neru, he is half salmonling and sharkling like his dad and he pick out fights but he's also very kind just strong at heart!
@Cephalorock Here’s a few of mine!
1) Xalon, an octoling boi rising to become one of the best players
2) Calem, was an octoling soldier, wants to persue music
3) Velos, a salmonling who wants to become an athlete
4) Madeleine, a megalodon sharkling, used to be a rebel, now does music
@Skysscribbles My Wishlist! ✨
1. My Splatband ocs, Mariana's Cult! (top left)
2. My agent ocs (Grim, Marine, & Haddock) (top right)
3. My salmonling oc, GrizzSlosh! (bottom left)
4. Non-Splatoon characters, Callie & Shawn! (bottom right)
You can draw one or more than one if you want!
I’m experimenting with Salmonlings for Splatoon, and I’ve made this little boy in preparation for some designs I’m working on. His AB is $20 if you’d like him, I’m not connecting with him as much as I remember. Rules in thread, comment to claim!
Okay, I don't normally go this hard on previews for pieces
BUT, YOU GUYS. PLEASE PERCEIVE MY SALMONLING.
