SCP-173, an unfinished sculpture that has been vandalized. Being little more than a mess of concrete and rebar, it was never meant to meet the public eye, but art always demands an audience.

Additional info on my scp-173 redesign. I wanted to lean on the more child like aspects of the original. The arms and legs can vary in length but are typically short when docile. He has a deceptively long reach.
