Ok I am genuinely curious

Does anyone know the Original Source files for some of the ROBLOX skyboxes? I’m absolutely determined to be going on a hunt for the origins of these things now to find where they are. I need help doing this however !

It helps even more if you go to Lighting>Skybox and remove the skybox from the scene.

Banding in a linear way is actually kinda hard to do because I don't know how to do it for both the skybox AND the ground 😂
That said, the spherical fog is not without historical precedent though. E.g. Hornet 3.0/Korea.

I'm not super picky about graphics in video games, but I find stuff like the background in this photo distracting. Even the skybox looks half-done. Pokemon has more than enough money to hire more people and work on their games longer, so why don't they? This is ridiculous...

Enjoyed making a vertex lighting HDA for a prototype. Can output all to red which is then used as an index into a shader's gradient map, v.easy to match lighting to a skybox in-game. AO channel is output to green as it is also useful as an input for other shader passes.
