Actually, the only ecchi series I respect are Sono Bisque, Food Wars & Rosario Vampire. And I don't even know anything about Rosario Vampire. That's how low my standards for ecchi are, if there're hot dudes you automatically get extra points. The artists saw the vision.

Tanaka's style gives the characters very hooded eyes. I find its a big missed opportunity if you just draw them with "normal" eyelids/brow bones that you see everywhere (bc beauty standards) as its such an uncommon feature for characters in media to have.
