On a rewatch, realized the Turtle van was stolen from Baxter Stockman. Mind, Baxter was manipulated without knowing or participating in the Shredder's plan, then gets arrested for the Shredder's crimes.

Then the Turtles later rob his lab for parts to make the Turtle van. Ooof.

Tmnt oc 2003! Her name is Anna but her nickname is Mekanna. She has a robot arm cuz' Baxter stockman wanted to transform her in robot after that her parents died because of that. For save her the turtles needed to give her mutagene and the arm robot fusioned with her. And cat.

I know Playmates made a Baxter The Fly figure back in the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles line but did they ever make a human Baxter Stockman figure?

An unlikely character I always had a lot of sympathy for was 2003 Baxter Stockman. A Scientist w/ Selfish goals but seein Shredder Mutilate him each time he failed to the point he was left just a Brain in a Jar & then a decomposing Zombie was SAD AF tbh The Fly one got off easy😅
