Yes! It's um.. I am almost positive it is Umihara Kawase. There are new games that were localized and I believe Steam has localized versions of the old games like this one.

So I found out they're still making Umihara Kawase games recently.

They sure look...different.

I think the SF version is much prettier if I'm being honest. I'd love top play more Umihara Kawase but the tone feels completely different in the new one.
