Some closeups! I actually struggled a lot with this piece but in the end I'm really happy with it! Sometimes pushing through the struggle is very worthwhile. In all I think I spent about 30 hours on this, and at least 5 were on layers that ended up fully deleted and redone!

I often see people expect to go from 0 - 100% having never gone the distance with anything - then quit & repeat the same pattern elsewhere.

Worthwhile ambitions require a gradual increase in resistance/frequency over time + a whole lot of failure.
