Sad to hear of the passing of Albert and co-creator of The Gaul.
I'm guessing most folks won't have heard of him, but the Asterix and cartoons were something I very enjoyed and loved as a child.
Anyway, here's my little tribute.

Growing up in the 70s, by far the most exciting books in the library were the series. Great stories, full colour comic strips, historical reference & excellent drawings by a massive influence without me even knowing!

et , était une de mes meilleurs BD. Quand j'étais petit, pour les déguisements, je n'arrivais jamais à me décider quels costumes choisir ... Alors je finissais par mélanger leurs tenues. Alors pour rendre hommage à Albert ....Merci pour tout.
