Quick practice about colors and stuff. I enjoyed this one because I wasn't really concerned about the result, since it was a experiment! It has rough brushstrokes, but I kinda like it!

Experiment with brushstrokes. The colors between the bristles of the white strokes are interesting to me.

It wasn’t until recently that I came into my own understanding/acceptance on how I “blend” my brushstrokes and what that means. It’s because I didn’t fully understand. I just did it. People often ask how I blend and it really is simple-

A medley of color tumbles from the vase in this impressionist still life painting. The brushstrokes are lively and full of motion, capturing the beauty of the peonies and ranunculus blooms.

By the way, I love digital painting so much. 💕 There's something very therapeutic in blending colors with brushstrokes. I'm happy that designing new patterns lets me explore this technique more!
Once I'm more fiancally stable I'll paint more personal projects for sure! 👌
