I've drawn with a mouse since I was an 8th grader, I would draw in MS paint using the school computers (We would have free time so it was okay for me to do so) and my art wasn't the best at the time then I just got used to it?? So yeah, it's not too hard.

Adobe is trending so reminder that Clip Studio Paint kicks all kinds of ass for digital illustration/comic purposes, I got my license for it five+ years ago and it's transferred cleanly between computers at least three times with no issues and no barely-legal surcharges -R
