32. Makeup?

This boy has permanent circles under his eyes, no makeup needed 😔 Does opt to gussy up when it comes to performing on stage, usually with red smokey eyes, gold lids, and a generous amount of guyliner. Glues on rhinestones when he's feeling fancy.
