Revisiting "I Should Have Been Fire", a piece that outlined how I basically felt like embers and I could have been much more, and now I feel like I'm on my way to being the person (and artist) I want to be and how the person I was couldn't possibly understand what I have now.

The only book series I can recommend is "Wings of Fire" by Tui T Sutherland.

Despite the publishers and journalists advertising it as a kid's book, that's FAR from the actual case. It has some really intense, gruesome, emotional, and adorable moments with awesome characters
