Another aspect to why i believe Eve is the DF tree is location. The tree roots are directly under the Red Line. Now, fishman island hasn't been stated to be directly under MarieJoa but the Eve tree roots come down 10000 metres that means this Tree should go up the Red Line...

My take is it's the Suntree Eve.
The suntree eve is very mysterious but the fact is it can carry Sunlight like a Solar panel to Fishman Island which has no explanation.
It seems like it has properties that are some what other worldly...very similar to Devil's fruits...
