This cutie is named Laurence! He's an NPC for our MOTW campaign and he watches over "The Wishing Well Room" and for some reason, any time we get our wishing coin, he's always peeling a strange fruit. This was we first met. The second time was a screaming fruit with a face.

I'm pretty sure that the lazy, easy going -but powerfull - Juan from Suikoden 3 was inspired by Garou MOTW Dong Hwan, who also is a kind of lazy, easy going, powerfull genius.

Names and designs are also pretty close.
