Here is another card I did in Magic: the Gathering's Strixhaven set, "Hall Monitor." Most of the time they'll send card's over with a temporary name, this one was called Hall Monitor even in the brief, so I think the pun was just too good to pass up.

once i moved from PS Elements (lmao) to CSP everything having to do w colors got SO much easier entirely bc of color balance and tone curve. that shit is a godsend. also getting a decent monitor around 2018/19 helped massively too

while im thinkin abt this. i feel like my art used to be super washed out so i pivoted to actively trying for lots of colors/contrast. not only did i have a monitor that washed everything out terribly but i was v timid b4 abt being too eye burning
