Photoshopのフィルタ→ニューラルフィルタ→スーパーズームを試してみました。
←左が元画像。→右が画像を3倍のサイズにした図
ジャギーが減り一見、滑らかに見えますが随所にくねくねしたラインが発生してしまいました。設定で低減できそうですが拡大後に線画の修正は必要な気がしました。でもすごい
