I unfortunately don't think we'll see Ultra Instinct being this good ever again, not if the manga keep dealing with UI the away it is rn.
UI Omen in the anime and Perfected UI in the manga (Moro Arc only) are the perfect representations of it's forms.

何にも指定して無かったんだけど一発目でmsgkっぽい煽りキャラがフレーム背負って出てきた。

相変わらず細かいところ色々怪しいけど
とりあえず今はここまで…そのうち彩りも再開したい
