I want to thank Sailor Moon Crystal team for improving the colour scheme of Sailor Moon's eternal outfit.

i keep doing a thing where I'll finish shading and decide at the very end "I AM GOING TO PLAY AROUND WITH LIGHTING." (add a darker color on top of everything and erase for 20 minutes). so far it's been going well but it's becoming an issue
