Man I miss Nomura’s KH2 era art style for his key art
There’s just something so defining about the way he drew the characters so sharply, so bold.
It gave them the defining characteristics that we now know and love today.
This imo is the pinnacle of his artistic talent.

Decided to draw one of my shortstack characters, Caex. I've given her slight design update. She is now more imp than Kobold.

[148] / [11]: snow; [12]: dragon

the north is no place for a kobold.
frostbite. isolation. hunger. exhaustion.

but perhaps.... after months of braving the cold, the loneliness, the wilds...

it'll all be worth it.

Monstrum entry 4: Kobold. These creatures pose a phylogenetic mystery. With no written language, oral traditions, or significant mention in other cultures, they seemingly appeared out of thin air. Some claim they are related to dragonborn, but key anatomical traits are missing.
