For a first,it's looking pretty good. There have been some issues with deformation with bending the elbows,but it's still decent. Though,I would like to have a better ps1 topology next time. If anyone knows,please send some links or something for that.

I struggled to sleep but I did have so much fun working on Live2D Kana!!! Did a quick face pose just to get an idea of what the rig can do. Still have to fix some deformer parenting and then correct the bone stuff but overall it is getting there!!!

First I used the Extrude along curve option in Maya to create a base, then I used the Deform > Nonlinear > Bend deformer to make the skirt circular

More progress!!! Still, manually make the mesh cause it's what I do as a modeler even in 3D. I hope that by next week I should get the mesh stuff ready so I can begin the deformers and bone rig set up and then parameters and finally physics and extras.

Cats respond to various parts or tissues of this plant: leaves, stem (wood) and fruit galls. Cats do not respond to the normal kiwi fruit, only the galls. Galls are deformed fruits, and are the result of a little midge (P. matatabi) depositing eggs in the flower bud.
