Happy 21st to my studio buddy @HopeCaitlins- artist, poet, podcaster, social entrepreneur, CEO, disability advocate and absolute flaming genius everyone should know about. She’s done more already than some 50 year olds. I’d love to bottle her essence and spread it about ✨
We're really excited today as @WellgatePrimary have just received our brilliant @toylikeme Toy Box Tales art and learning resources. Over the next 2 weeks, every child in the school will be able to play with them and take part in conversations exploring disability. #noboundaries
Today is #AnosmiaAwarenessDay. This invisible disability can make life a little difficult sometimes, especially because you are perceived as normal. Having a rare condition that finally gets attention/research funds because of COVID also makes me feel invisible.
Through her brightly-coloured and fun-filled body of work, Dana Kearley uses illustration to celebrate and normalise the imagery of disability > https://t.co/RQUC0C8rrZ
