Pushed my body in 100 degree weather today running. Felt nice to do so since exercising clears the mind and re-focuses your determination when pushing your physical limits since I do mental meditation while working out.

Uuuugh. I started focusing on getting healthy again 2 and a half weeks ago. I was dropping steadily but the moment I started exercising again my weight skyrocketed back up /past/ where I was before. I'm eating the same foods and I've never had this happen before.
