A todo esto, acordate que GLTF exporta la vertex paint más clara de lo normal, no me acuerdo si Blender tiene la opción por default, pero si tenés Vertex Paint Master podés pintar por encima con negro usando modo Overlay para que se vea bien

Ya mero lo termino shavos! Solo que tuve problemas con la aplicación que utilizo para dibujar... Tuve que irme con lo rustico y exportar las "imágenes" al editor de videos que tengo para hacerlo ahí...
Si alguien me hace el paro de recomendarme un programa pa dibujar, chingon!

Day 2081: Bones! Exported out the image and brought it over to Spine. Did a bunch of set up to get ready for the animation. I think I will need to do a lil more clean up of the PNGs tomorrow but I'm pretty much set up to animate this! The rig is pretty solid, I think!
