For a while, I’ve been working on a redesign concept/style change for Sonic. Inspired by Gurren Lagann, I wanted to use jagged shapes and high-contrast shading.

I mostly work in MSPaint, carefully placing every pixel by hand. But love every tool that makes delicious jagged lines. The sharpness of a pixel's 90° angle has carved its way into my heart.
