Las moscas de patas largas (familia Dolichopodidae) constituyen una de las familias de Dipteros con más especies y viven en todo el mundo. Los adultos son voraces depredadores que se alimentan de pequeños artrópodos. https://t.co/WaduKaGTk2

One of my siblings used to watch one of the countless Land Before Time sequels, in which there was this evilish Pteranodon who had two other pterosaurs as henchmen, and one was a pink Rhamphorhynchus type not much smaller than the two pterodactyls. Prophetic? :B

Two pterosaurs will appear in Jurassic World Dominion, Quetzalcoatlus (left) and Pteranodon (right). Here are my reconstructions of both, based on current hypotheses of their probable appearance in life, so you can compare them with the versions in the movie

Scottish paleontologists discovered remains of the largest Jurassic pterosaur on record, and had it grown fully they believe it would have had a wingspan of over eight feet. The new species has been dubbed Dearc sgiathanach, or "winged lizard."
