i think maybe witnessing the rich scenery in paros sort of subconsciously inspired me to give her the colours i did, but whatever the case, i like how she turned out ^u^

Have you tried screaming yourself to sleep? Srsly tho you should get out of bed after 30 minutes and do something calming/boring so you don't subconsciously associate lying down with anxiety. Also lowering your body temperature somehow could help.
