Does this count? Idk.
It's nothing drastic technique-wise but these two are still hands down my favourite piece I've ever drawn, even if it's from... 7 and 4 years ago 😭😭😭 I wish I could draw like this again. https://t.co/HKSYLtg10l

this one from 2020 is where I started combining the classic "sketch -> lineart -> color -> shade" process with more freestyle painting techniques (being the hair/fur breaking the lineart's silhouette) https://t.co/Pjlh2z9XoQ

Finished on stream today is a new practice emote for @/NozomiYesna at the request of a friend!

I tried something different with this one, applying a couple new techniques and using a much larger canvas. I think it turned out okay, and I'm excited to explore and push this style!

Trying some different coloring techniques. And not everything's gotta look alike. This project is also about exploring different styles and evolve artistically.

Each artwork is at least 4000x4000 and I spent a lot of time on each small detail.

Even though it is abstract art and a lot of the process was experimenting with crazy techniques, I ended refining and retrouching a lot of pieces.

Two variations of the print “Departure” from the SoC’s 1925 Sinbad portfolio. (For a reason unknown to me, WAD titled one of these “Allegro.”) Standard pochoir technique with gouache applied through celluloid stencils with fine artist brushes & sawed-off shaving brushes.

I'm getting better at this kini. With each design, I learn a new technique, plenty "uh-ohhh, this is what this tool is used for".
Haven't figured out my style yet though.

A lot of frankly weird coloring choices in early digipaint media makes alot more sense when you realize they were probably trying to use the same techniques from the pc 98 into a diferent completely new medium which is why it looks kinda muddy and weird
