Adding details for the character, spreading some fog behind Gaia & Ryne （middle ground）to make them stand out from the background, then added a multiply layer filled with purple (the environment colour). in the end, using an overlay layer to draw the light spots.

Maybe a gradient overlay? The highlights do a great job in making her visually striking, but possibly making a darker shaded part can do the trick 🤔 I'm no help because I think it already looks fantastic lol
