Today in Comics History: Jimmy Hatlo, creator of “They’ll Do It Every Time,” was born on Sept. 1, 1897. I loved his panel, though he wasn’t producing it by the time I began reading it (it was by Dunn and Scaduto by then). But the books reprinting his work are worth tracking down!
