Slugs by David Greenberg illust. Victoria Chess. Got this off the book mobile and loved how gross and weird it was. Its only rival was Princess Prunella and the Purple Peanut by Margaret Atwood. But this one has revenge.

Margaret Frances "Peggy" Bacon (1895 – 1987) was a printmaker, illustrator, painter & writer.

Bacon was a very prolific artist. In 1919, at the age of 24, she wrote and illustrated her first book, The True Philosopher and Other Cat Tales.
