I’ve been meaning to contribute to the Free! fandom for a while now and struggled with this piece since I’ve started on it nearly two years ago. Recently I became motivated to rework/recolor the entire thing. I’m particularly pleased with the result.

Hopefully will be my last post about this drama, but a huge reason the recolor "joke" failed was because when joking with a stranger you have to exaggerate to make it clear you are joking. They just straight up recolored the art like normal. Shouldve been like:

it's just her Edenian Blue/revenant body suit slightly altered and recolored. nothing about that skin gives off "Catwoman".😕

and tbh MK11 Kitana is so average and plain, she just doesn't have what it takes to pull off Catwoman. that skin would've been better for Jade.
