thing is csp sometimes renders layer effect things to png differently from how the canvas looks. so thats setting me on fire just a little. but its ok.

Today was much better than yesterday despite me being exhausted. I honestly didn't want to practice today but I want to get better more.

This time the book has the character in a torso pose thing. I tried my best to mirror their method but I didn't put too much focus on the bod.

it's actually a super easy method I figured out!! first I color the base kinda flat, then I put white blobs on a layer set to overlay, then I use a leaf brush on a masking layer on that overlay layer, and then add motion blur to the leaves! it's super simple and looks great!! : )

Practicing the coloring method that I’ve been having my eye on. It’s kinda basic, and I know the lighting and shading doesn’t make sense in some areas. I just wanted to try this out and get into the groove of it.

Not a tip, but I started to color hair and clothes like this. Starting with black and mixing in color like digital painting. This has been the newer method I've been trying out. So far, I like the results.

Started a bit on that vest tail coat. I forgot to take a pic, but I made my own pattern doing the saran wrap and tape method. Then cut the pieces and transferred into mockup fabric, sewed and did adjustments. Once it's good then I seam ripped only 1 side. Now it's my new pattern
