I guess something more or less human sized could be crammed in there. It's tough to say, because it sounded physically threatening from the small bits of description in TRS but so far we've only seen it do damage through the Force it seems

What sparks and what gets damaged over the kerbs?
Sparks are from titanium skid blocks used to protect the underside of the car. A large block is used in the most vulnerable point at the front of the plank.
There's also Ti skid blocks in the front wing
