To be fair, I do think Fallout 76 had some pretty vistas and landmarks- even if it graphically wasn't as good as hyped to be. But I completely agree with this concept art statement nonetheless. I liked Fallout 4, but the concept art always looked better IMO.

Had a go with a cel shaded shader myself not that long ago, and while the idea is cool (loads of peeps have already tried that and made some shit way better than me lol)
I don't think Sonic would do well with having this as a redundant style. Might wanna keep moderate realism imo

I designed Yuriari with "underrated" colors in mind, especially because I rarely used them. turned out great imo

Design-wise I based her face, hair, and eyes on Akane from Blue Archive, and I wanted to make her look thicker than she really was, like Bianca from Pokémon
