While my childhood and even teen years have been influenced by DC and Manga.....these 2 characters from Marvel comics will forever be goated to me. Very few characters come close to their level of characterization and progression in comic and manga alike.

Trailer: No abuse. Has Blake being comfortable with him enough to tell him not to be dramatic.

V2: Characterization of him being MORE of a mentor than even a partner.

Anthology Manga: He comforts.

DC Comics: Says he didn't do anything.

Consistent in whole franchise? No https://t.co/8vMwJxuNmG

Sometimes I’m in the mood for a single-issue story!

There are some great self-contained-story issues from back in the Bronze Age! They could cram a lot of plot and characterization in 20 pages or less!

Malicia thought being rescued/taken in by Marth from Grust meant that they were going to be married and the rest of her characterization revolves around this until Caeda is like... we're engaged.

I think the reason why I adored Fata a lot is that it's quite unlike anything I've seen. Along with its aesthetically unique artwork and its incredible OST. It nailed the storytelling, characterization, atmosphere, thematic execution & emotional value to the right degree for me

And while I'd love to keep shoving high praise to all the narrative elements of Ghost Trick, there's a lot that irks me about the villainous characterization of characters from a "foreign country" as iredeemably evil people with a different skin colour.... Big yikes there.

That all said, the Misa which will be playable in this new game is a continuation of her characterization from Feathery Ears! Coral will also play an important roll in the story~

my characterization of queen ripple/fairy queen

i think an issue i have with sins of the future is wes's characterization...i get that they're continuing the dynamic of jen being more serious while wes is more casual and laid back, but the book kind of....cranks it up to where jen feels like the only adult in the relationship

This story in X-Men Unlimited with Emma and Logan was actually great. The characterization of both of them was perfect and the portrayal of their friendship was very pleasing.

I think I mostly just got faster and more focused on characterization, not much else has changed. I just have no time to put into a long piece now with funny college

I forgot how I had my times of overall loathing Rouge's characterization in earlier issues of Archie Sonic.

(I dont know if I will ever get around to writing about minthes characterization in this thread but its a roller coaster. I honestly found her situation envying persephone pretty sympathetic and then the author had her become a domestic abuser out of nowhere)

i was reminded of this just now and i feel like it's an effective method of characterization of OCs when you can't think of anything

a particular example: my jester gal as a mix of Lemmy Koopa, Mettaton, and Dimentio but a bit more peppier

DARK HEAVEN. I see a lot of ppl getting into BL bc of manhwas but I VERY rarely see them hyping this up. If you haven't read it yet, you're missing out BIG TIME. It has:

✓childhood friends to lovers
✓great world building / plot / characterization
✓timely issues being tackled https://t.co/l3OWW7yPXA
