According to Nightwing Dick was only "Ric" for a few months. The Ric story lasted two years in real time. It was preceded by two years of Dick in Blüdhaven (he moved there in late 2016). So we can fudge it and say he lived in Bludhaven for a year before being shot by KGBeast
