Tbh what I mainly see its a change in fandoms and maybe a littleeee change in linework😂 I won't even gonna say who is he, I hope its recognizable enough https://t.co/Yim6gm6zvz
Burying the lede. It is okay to use bases/other images as pose references. People do it all the time and there's no problem with it. What you did was straight up tracing. Quirks of the linework found in IA's art carried over to YOUR art.
@lewis_osb is a Bristol-based illustrator whose personal style champions witty playfulness, supported by the elegance of geometry and clean black linework. Lewis’ work can be identified through his use of bright colour palettes, gridded compositions and gritty textures 🙂
Added some highlights using a 45% opacity "overlay" layer, and also by erasing parts of the gradient shadow layer.

Mostly because of how their linework just *feels* good to look at, between texture details to just..i mean e v e r y t h i n g
on the whole i tend to get credit for The Linework. its super motivating to hear (❤️) tho i do Love doing stuff that breaks away from it a bit
Hints that DCU is not an Omniverse after all, can this be rolled back? What about concept of only 52 Earths? Is that being re-written also @Williamson_Josh ? Add in incredible linework & storytelling of @SampereArt & you have a MUST-READ Full review -> https://t.co/0rb9VOLWaw
2020 to 2021
There's some progress there. More me navigating from no linework to all the lines. https://t.co/tdVuxcmDTy
The one the year before. I say linework is better now but oddly this one has more character lmao.
While I kind of like this painterly approach to define massing I think I really do prefer linework to convey detail
