Definitely available for this! I mostly do character design and can mold to pretty much any style needed, esp a fantasy setting like Nausicaa. Here's the link and some examples https://t.co/Y4Q1FU7Ae0

Some Advice: Many pages from Hayao Miyazaki's "Nausicaa" Art Book, can be found in the manga. So if you want both but need to save money, I suggest getting the manga. The box set is well over 600 pages, Hardcover, and you get a massive poster + the world map. It's masterclass 🍃

“Nausicaa from the valley of the wind” by artist Miyazaki Hayao. Most famous for his animated movies like spirited away, or totoro. He also drew this absolute gem of a manga, which also is one of his first animated movies.
The serie was published in 7 long issues.

We've been planing an illustration mixing Avatar and Nausicaa for such a long time, and we finally could make it. We have the help of Luis Roberto (https://t.co/0XmpTxgPz1) on the concept and sketch, he gets perfectly the idea of what we want to show in that piece!

I haven't made any Ghibli art but my favourite is either mononoke or nausicaa

Most Proto-Nausicaa art has a Samurai Japan type culture and then the Nausicaa character flies in with western pants

That last one seems to be a wild child of indeterminate gender or a tomboy sort

Hayao Miyazaki's Nausicaa early concept art ("Draw draw draw!" is how he develops ideas)

Features a samurai shonen hero with a big cool nodachi, feels like a proto-Asbel who in Princess Mononoke is of the emishi people wiped out by Yamato samurai
