Curious what’s your approach to learning?

I basically try to learn 1 new thing or focus on 1 particular area that promotes growth in my skills on each paintover/drawing. For me it helps keep a steady growth while not feeling overwhelming.

I work primarily in 3D, but as an environment artist specializing in lookdev, I try to be at least semi-competent at doing my own concepts. I rely heavily on blockouts in unreal and then paintovers.
